EmploymentCase is an evidence-organising and case-building platform for people experiencing problems at work. It helps you record what happened, organise your evidence, build a chronology, keep communications together, understand the issues, prepare for meetings and correspondence, keep track of important dates and work out sensible next steps. It may support you through a grievance, disciplinary process, flexible working dispute, discrimination concern, redundancy, dismissal, ACAS Early Conciliation or Employment Tribunal proceedings — but a tribunal claim is not the assumed destination, and a good outcome may be resolving the issue much earlier. EmploymentCase is not a solicitor or a replacement for professional legal advice.
